Went and had my yearly physical today.  I’ve lost 50lbs. in the past year!!!! Patting myself on the back.  I’m not fat but I was.  I could still lose a few but very close.  I see these girls on here who always talk about being fat and needing to lose weight and food and not eating and I just want to cry for them.  Nothing wrong with a little meat on your bones!  But I do understand...
